Absentee Ballots are available in the Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours. Additionally, the office will be open on Saturday and Sunday, 10/28 & 29 from 9 AM to 11 AM for absentee balloting and extended hours on Thursday, 11/2 until 7:30 PM.

It is time to register your dog for the 2018 calendar year

Dog licenses are available now in the Town Clerk’s Office for 2018. Per Maine State Law all dogs 6 months of age and older must be licensed every year by January 31st.

Dogs may be licensed in person at the Town Clerk's office, online or via mail. A current State of Maine Rabies Certificate, obtained from a veterinarian, must be provided at the time of licensing or be on file with the Town Clerk from a prior year before ...

In partnership with the City of Portland Public Health Division’s Overdose Prevention Project, we are pleased to announce two opportunities for training Recognizing and Responding to an Opiate/Heroin Overdose.

These trainings are in response to the opiate epidemic sweeping across our country, where Maine and our communities are not immune.  Maine saw 376 drug-induced deaths statewide in 2016, 317 of which were opioid related.

The Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve is looking for your help this Fall. In an attempt to improve the Maine Dept. of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife's stock enhancement of sea-run brown trout, they are participating in a Brown Trout Tagging Study.
