- Generally held the first Saturday in February in and around downtown Kennebunk.  

Winter carnival activities, skating party with DJ, snow sculptures, soup tasting contest, and talent show.  Hosted by the Festival Committee. 

Family Valentine’s Dance - Generally the Friday before Valentine's Day in the Kennebunk Town Hall Auditorium. Family event with snacks, punch, cake and lots of dancing. Pre-registration is strongly suggested. Advance tickets: $10/couple, $15/family of 3, $20/family of 4, $25/family of 5 and $30/family of 6. Additional $5 cost per couple/family if you choose to register at the door. Sponsored by the Recreation Department.

Easter Egg Hunt - (could be held in April, depending on Easter date) Generally the Friday before Easter, held at the Kennebunk Elementary School. The event is for ages 2-8 and starts promptly at 10:00 am. (recommended to arrive 15 minutes early). Hop on over to this fun filled event. After egg hunt, enjoy some great family entertainment. FREE event will take place regardless of weather. Sponsored by the Recreation Department.

maydaylogocolor (3).jpgMay Day Festival - First Saturday in May - this fun day promises to be a full-day of family-friendly fun activities throughout downtown Kennebunk. Pancake breakfast, may pole dancing and basket making, crafters, food vendors, parade, opening day for the Farmers' Market and Little League, and much more! Look for our maps on Main Street to plot your course and join us for some or all the excitement that day! Hosted by the Downtown Committee.

Kennebunk Farmers' Market - Saturdays (8:00 am to 1:00 pm) from May to November. Garden Street Parking Lot in Downtown Kennebunk.

Artisan & Crafters Markets - Saturdays (8:00 pm to 1:00 pm) from May to November. Similar to the Farmers' Market, event includes crafters/food/entertainment. Garden Street Parking Lot in Downtown Kennebunk.

Memorial Day Observances - on the Monday observing Memorial Day - Numerous events: 7:00 am (salute to deceased Veterans at local cemeteries), 1:30 pm (band concert at Town Hall, Main St.); 1:45 pm (formation of parade at Town Hall, Main St.). Sponsored by the Webber-Lefebvre Post 74 and the American Legion. View brochure for complete details.
