  1. Voter Registration Drive to be held at Kennebunk High School

    Thursday, 3/29/18 a voter registration drive will be held at Kennebunk High School from 11am-1pm. Individuals who are 18 years old or who will be 18 years old by Election Day (6/12/18), may register. Please bring a photo ID (school ID ok) with you. More Information

    Would you like to serve your town as a Municipal Official? Nomination papers are available March 2nd for the following offices: Selectmen, RSU 21 Directors, Kennebunk Sewer District Trustees and Kennebunk Light & Power District Director. Sign me up!
The Town Clerk's office performs a wide variety of department functions and citizen services. Some of those duties are as follows:
  • Coordinating elections and Registrar of Voters
  • Recording and maintaining all vital statistics records (birth/death/marriage) for the Town of Kennebunk
  • Issuing Maine hunting and fishing licenses through MOSES
  • Registration of resident Boats, ATV's and Snowmobiles
  • Issuing marriage licenses
  • Dog licensing per Maine State law
  • Custodian of all town records
  • Business Registrations, Victualer, Lodging, Liquor and Special Amusement licenses
  • Notary Public and Dedimus Justice services
