In celebration of Harvest Fest, join local birders, Ken Janes and Shiloh Schulte, and KLT Exec. Director, Sarah Stanley, for a bird walk at Hope Woods on Saturday, September 25th at 8am. Hope Woods is 72 acres of forest and field located just off Rt. 1/Main Street in Kennebunk, behind Hope Cemetery. This event is rain or shine; free and open to the public. BICENTENNIAL QUILT
The Brick Store Museum is honored to be the host location for the Kennebunk Bicentennial Quilt. This incredible piece of textile work will be unveiled on Saturday, September 25th during Kennebunk's HarvestFest. Come downtown and see this magnificent piece of modern-history for yourself! Lori Parkinson, members of the Bicentennial Committee, and some of the talented quilters will be on hand to answer questions. Free admission to the Museum all day during HarvestFest! 10am – 4pm.
