Lower Village has experienced many changes over the years. The Lower Village Committee sponsored a visioning process in 2014 and 2015 to help understand these changes and devise a vision for the future of Lower Village. 

After three sessions, all well attended and with great feedback provided, a final report was created as well as an action plan.
