Habitat for Humanity's community weatherization program, "Keep York County Warm!", provides weatherization services for low-income homeowners in York County each year. Through partnerships with Efficiency Maine and local energy auditors, low-income homeowners will receive up to $1,050 of weatherization services and materials at no cost to the homeowner. Additionally, Keep York County Warm! provides reusable, removable interior storm window inserts.
Interested homeowners must fill out an application and receive a referral from their local General Assistance Office or York County Community Action Corps.
