Beginning Monday, March 1, Beach Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic between Peninsula Drive and Crescent Avenue. This road closure is due to work being done to repair the seawall and is anticipated through May 17.

Please note the following regarding traffic and access changes for Beach Avenue: 

• Through traffic will be detoured at the intersection of Peninsula Drive and Beach Avenue via Bayberry Avenue, and from the intersection of Beach Avenue and Bayberry Avenue via Bayberry Avenue. 
• Pedestrians or motorists who wish to park may do so along Beach Avenue up to Crescent Avenue. 

This will be an active work zone and all motorists and pedestrians are asked to exercise caution and follow all posted signage and detour routes. Project changes and updates will be posted as they are available.
