Ross Road Utility Work

Posted on June 19, 2019 at 9:55 AM by Karen Winton

Ross Road
Ross Road Primary Line Replacement
Kennebunk Light & Power is undertaking a facility upgrade to its infrastructure along the Ross Road corridor. This project began in early May with the setting of new poles and tree trimming work.

The transfer of wires and replacement of core components will be ongoing over the next 12 week period. Kennebunk Light & Power has contracted much of this work, but any questions should be directed to the District Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at 985-3311 or via email.

This project will assist in system performance and reliability and will align with the Town’s plan to rehabilitate Ross Road as part of a State funded Municipal Partnership Initiative grant from the Maine DOT in 2020.

Please remember that this project will be an active construction zone and motorists should expect delays and be extra attentive when traveling through a work zone.
