The Municipal Offices will be closed on Monday, February 18th for the Presidents' Day holiday. There will be NO changes to the trash and recycling collection schedule. Collection will occur as usual all week.
As a reminder... if your collection day falls on one of thefollowing holidays, your collection will move to Friday for that week:
-New Year’s Day
-Independence Day (July 4th)
Applications are now available for the Town's Property Tax Assistance Program. This program is open to homeowners and renters age 62 or older.
To qualify you must be 62 years or older, have lived in your home for at least one year and have received a refund through the State of Maine's Property Tax Fairness Credit program. Applications must be submitted to the Social Services office by July 1.
Budget meetings to review the proposed 2019-20 Municipal Budget (for budget year starting July 1, 2019) were held in early February.
