The Kennebunk Economic Development Committee and the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Committee cordially invite you to a panel discussion focused on affordable, workforce housing.
The panel will share the kinds of programs and projects they provide in the development of affordable housing, as well as address some innovative actions the community might want to consider, including zoning density, inclusionary zoning, residential TIFs or density bonuses. The session will be held on May 24, 2017 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in Room 300 of the Town Hall.
