Thursday, 3/29/18 a voter registration drive will be held at Kennebunk High School from 11am-1pm. Individuals who are 18 years old or who will be 18 years old by Election Day (6/12/18), may register. Please bring a photo ID (school ID ok) with you.
Thursday, March 29, 2018 there will be a voter registration drive at Kennebunk High School from 11:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.
Town Clerks from the Town of Kennebunk, Town of Kennebunkport and Town of Arundel will be outside the cafeteria at KHS along with members of the League of Women Voters of Maine.
This is a great opportunity for those that will be in college this Fall. Once registered, individuals can request an absentee ballot be mailed to them by contacting the Town Clerk's office at Town Hall, (207) 985-2102 ext.1602.
Individuals who are 18 years old or who will be 18 years old by Election Daymay register. A photo ID (student ID is acceptable) is required to register. Principal Susan Cressey will be present to verify town and street residency using school records.
A 17 year old may register and enroll if they will be 18 by November 6, 2018.
Participate in a caucus if enrolled in a party
Vote in the Primary Election (06-12-2018) if enrolled in a party and will only receive the primary candidate ballot of the party they are enrolled in
Vote in the General Election (11-06-2018) if they are 18 on or before 11-06-2018
They MAY NOT:
Vote in the RSU Election of 06-12-2018
Vote in the Municipal Election of 06-12-2018
Vote in the Municipal or State Referendum Elections of 06-12-2018
