Budget Board

The Budget Board is comprised of 7 members, appointed by the Board of Selectmen. 

The Budget Board serves in an advisory capacity to the Board of Selectmen regarding the Town's finances. This includes making recommendations to approve or disapprove of departmental operating budgets, the annual capital budget, financing purchases and other monetary issues addressed by the Board of Selectmen. 

The Budget Board meets periodically with a more intense meeting focus during the period of January to March of each year to review Town finances and the administration of the budget.

The duties and responsibilities of the Budget Board are directed by Town Charter. 
Meetings
The Budget Board meets on an as needed basis. All meetings are posted in Town Hall and on the Meeting Calendar.
