You may request an Absentee Ballot if you are already a registered voter in the Town of Kennebunk 5-30 days prior to an election. Requests may be made in person, by phone or via an immediate family member. Contact the Town Clerk's office to find out more or to get help with any of these methods.
ATV & Snowmobile Registrations
The Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife offers an online registration for ATVs and snowmobiles.
Beach Parking PassesResident and resident's guest beach passes must be purchased in person at Town Hall. Visitor beach passes are sold at kiosks along Beach Avenue as well as via the PassPortParking mobile app (requires app download via iTunes and/or Google Play and online. Parking tickets can be paid for online or appealed via mail.
The State of Maine offers boat registration with their online service. To complete your boat registration online please have the registrant information and the boat information including the boat serial number or registration number. Following your transaction, you will receive a temporary registration form to print for immediate use. Your official registration and stickers will arrive at the shipping address specified within ten business days.
License your dog using the State of Maine's online service. All dog renewals must be completed by January 31, 2017.You will need your current license/tag number if renewing a license, State of Maine rabies certificate, Veterinarian's name and phone number and the spay/neuter certificate if applicable. If you are licensing a wolf hybrid, service/search or rescue dog or obtaining a kennel license please contact the Town Clerk's office.
Hunting and Fishing Licenses
You may purchase both hunting and fishing licenses online using the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife's online system, MOSES. This service is available to any resident, non-resident, or alien sportsperson looking to hunt or fish in the State of Maine. This online service is not available for individuals that need to obtain a Complimentary, Lifetime, or Military license or for individuals from countries other than the USA or Canada. You will need the name, date of birth and contact information for the licensee and the Hunter Safety or Previous Hunting license number for individuals purchasing a hunting license. Once you complete your transaction you will receive a printable copy of your license.

Personal Property/Real Estate TaxesTax payments may be made using this online service. A $1.00 fee will be charged for payments totaling $40.00 or less, and a 2.5% fee will be charged for payments over $40.00. Please have your account number; property address and payment amount ready.
Vehicle and Trailer Registrations
Use the State of Maine's Rapid Renewal program to renew your motor vehicle registration and to pay your local excise tax in one simple transaction. You may also renew your non-excise-taxable trailer registration. If you are registering a vehicle for the first time, you will need to visit the Tax Collector's office in person. If you are registering a utility trailer for the first time you will need to visit a branch office of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Following your transaction, you will receive a temporary registration form to print for immediate use. Your official registration and stickers will arrive at the shipping address specified within ten business days.
